Chez John is a lovely family gîte with three bedrooms (two double and one twin) and two shower rooms, sleeping up to six in comfort.  It was converted from a 17th century stone built barn and retains much of its original character. Chez John nestles in the rural, tranquil hamlet of La Tremoulie, a leisurely walk from the traditional village of Champniers et Reilhac, which has an excellent bar and cafe.

Located  in the beautiful ‘Perigord Vert’ region of the Dordogne, surrounded by forests, lakes, famous markets, vineyards and historic sites.

The gîte is about 7 hours driving time (plus stops) from Calais and about 5 hours from St Malo. Limoges airport is an easy 45 minutes drive

from La Tremoulie. The property is approached from a quiet lane with only one house beyond it, so there is no through traffic.

The large 10 X 5 metre heated pool is for the exclusive use of guests.

The pool enclosure is fenced and the gates have child proof locks.

There is a shed “Beach Hut” with a fridge for cold drinks and snacks! The deck and pool area is not overlooked (except from the gîte bedrooms) and beyond the wooden fence is a large garden.

The interior is comfortably furnished and fully equipped for up to six people.
